Order Policy
Orders should be placed 1–2 weeks in advance.
Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability.
Full payment is required at checkout to secure your order.
Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, destination, and carrier pricing.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, they assume responsibility for delivery and handling.
If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier and provide photos. I’m happy to help where I can, but carriers determine the outcome.
Local Pickup Policy
Free local pickup is available in Chesterfield, VA.
Pickup instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup window.
50% Due at the time of booking for off-web orders.
Local Delivery Policy
Local delivery is available within Chesterfield/Richmond for a $7.00 flat fee.
Delivery times will be coordinated after your order is placed.
Someone must be available to receive the order to prevent melting or damage.
Storage & Handling Policy
Customers are responsible for properly storing treats after pickup or delivery.
Storage instructions are provided in the FAQ and on product pages.
I am not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, heat exposure, or leaving items unattended.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of edible products, all sales are final.
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
No refunds will be issued for missed pickups, incorrect addresses, or failure to follow storage guidelines.
Custom Design Policy
Custom colors, themes, and designs are available upon request.
Please email kenosha.coston@gmail.com with inspiration photos or event details.
Complex designs may require additional time or fees.
