To help preserve freshness and quality, many of our handcrafted treats are shipped with premium protective packaging. Orders may include: Premium insulated liners, gel ice packs, protective food-safe packaging, and temperature-conscious packing materials. During warmer months, additional insulation and cooling materials may be added at no additional charge when necessary.

📅 Processing Time

All treats are made fresh to order. Standard orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after your order is completed. Custom and event orders should be placed 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for custom designs. Orders containing fresh fruit are generally shipped Monday through Wednesday to help avoid weekend transit delays and maintain freshness.

Enjoy FREE local pickup in Chesterfield, Virginia. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with: Pickup Address, Pickup Instructions, and Scheduled Pickup Time.

Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window to ensure your treats are fresh and ready.

🚗 Local Delivery ($7 Flat Fee)

We proudly offer local delivery throughout the Chesterfield and Greater Richmond, Virginia area for a flat delivery fee of $7.00.

Wedding packages, corporate events, dessert tables, military celebrations, and oversized orders may require additional packaging materials and larger shipping containers. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total packaged weight of your order to ensure your treats arrive safely and beautifully presented.

While every order is carefully packaged using premium materials, Kenosha's Chocolate-Dipped Delights is not responsible for shipping delays caused by: Weather conditions, Carrier delays, Incorrect shipping addresses, Lost or delayed packages, or Events beyond our control. We recommend shipping to an address where someone is available to receive your package immediately upon delivery.
